Itachi's return, hunting for forgivness(open)

Itachi was apon the land of fire, his current location was on the head statue of medara. Itachi mad his new eyes look out at the wateer fall. The moon's light was cast over the great power in each drop that fell. Itachi was thinking in deep tunes and rythems. His death wasn't forever he had in fact, surrvived from the death he had made on himself. His new goal, the thing that mattered more than fear or anger, his brother's own intentions. Itachi looked around again to see if others had been following him.
He felt some shinobi but he was unable to know if they were coming, death had tolls. He hopped off the statue and into the trees. He walked wearing his former cloak of the akastsuki. He didn't feel the same, he was too different for himself.

"My my, Sasuke." Itachi could feel the residence of the chakra sasuke had from where he stood. The black chakra of the nine tailed fox and Sasuke's state two from three years ago never left the area they would remain as part of the water fall in the deep crater that was behind the water fall. The ever flowing liquid covered the wound, but the statues showed cracks at the center. Nothing could keep the feeling of dispare and hate out of the winds. Itachi was going to leave to see if Sasuke could find him. Even then Itachi was free from his former curse. He saw that the ten tailed demon was too much for any one man to hold and the moon's eye plan would fail the moment the chakra of each demon fused into one.

Itachi was half way through the trees and he was heading in to konoha for the beggining of a new journy.
He cast off his cloak and looked into the night. Had the hokage trust him, or even the shinobi he betrayed, he would show that he changed sides. He wasn't for the Akatsuki nor for the five great kages. He wasn't with Sasuke either. He was his own self. Itachi was at the leaf gate. The chuunin of the gate looked at him as if he was a ghost. They then quikly used Kai release on them selves. Itachi used the moment to put them under real genjutsu. his eyes looked into theirs and they saw him no more. They could only see air and the wourld they knew. Itachi was secreate to them. His walk to through the leaf was now fool proff. He walked to the nearest tea shop that was open and closed his eyes. He felt no pain in them but he could feel Sasuke's need for power and the vengence he wanted. Itachi then sat in the tea shop drinking to his contents. The tea was fine and the shop keeper undersimple genjutsu, broken when Itachi went away. He left with the cups in the correct spots and then he made his way to the hokage. He didn't know if Tsunade was alive or if they had a new hokage but he needed to speack to them.

The entrance to the mansion was simple, but his words would be full. Itachi ment no new harm to the village or the kages but if they got in his way they would be turned over to the use of genjutsu.
Itachi waited for someone of importants to show up.

Katsu was walking around the village and then saw Itachi, Itachi didn't seem to notice the Hokage Katsu, but just then Katsu left. He called up a few ANBU and Jounin, Katsu also sent some very highly trained Chuunin! They all went to the spot where Itachi was, they asked "Hey, aren't you Itachi? If so, doesn't matter to us, why are you here?" Katsu was watching from far above on a roof far away too.
